We’re hiring for a dynamic Telesales Executive to join one of our trusted clients in Solihull, a growing business that thrives on great conversations, solid performance, and getting results.

• Making outbound calls to senior stakeholders – HR Directors, Finance Directors, Managing Directors
• Securing high-quality appointments for the field sales or leadership team
• Building a strong pipeline of opportunities
• Following up on leads and developing long-term rapport with potential clients
• Logging and managing activity via the company CRM system

• Proven experience in telesales, business development or lead generation
• A track record of booking appointments with senior decision-makers (FD, HRD, MD level)
• Confident communicator with strong questioning skills and commercial awareness
• Results-driven and resilient with a positive, can-do mindset

• Hybrid working is available only for experienced telesales professionals who can demonstrate consistent performance and self-motivation
