TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE

Initially to cover for 6 weeks but the position could develop for the right candidate. Our client is well established and supplies a wide mix of office products and services.

Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and outcomes using client’s data system
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and events.
  • Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
  • . This is an office-based position, working with a busy friendly team, previous experience of business development - appointment setting or tele-sales is essential

Skills

  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in analysing customer data to tailor conversations effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software is advantageous.
  • Hours 8.30 to 4.30. - 30 Minute Lunch break Monday to Friday Hourly rate £20 per hour – commission paid on successful appointments.
