Telemarketing Executive

Salary: £22,000–£25,000 Commission (£10 per booked meeting)

Location: On-site (with parking provided)

About the Role

We are a leading provider of digital engagement solutions for hospitality, medical, and leisure venues. Our platform offers interactive puzzles, news, magazines, and podcasts, keeping guests entertained and informed while giving venues valuable marketing and engagement opportunities.

We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to generate qualified leads, book meetings, and schedule product demos with decision-makers in hotels, hospitality venues, and other leisure businesses. The goal is to build strong initial relationships and create opportunities for the sales team to present our solutions.

We are expanding our reach and seeking a driven, results-oriented individual to join our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to a targeted list of prospective clients (hospitality, leisure, and venues with guest accommodation).
  • Clearly explain the value and benefits of our solutions to potential customers.
  • Book qualified meetings and online demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate contact and call information.
  • Follow up on warm leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversations, and booked demos.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on trends, objections, and potential opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or lead generation (preferably B2B).
  • Confident, professional phone manner with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and tracking performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality or leisure industry is desirable but not essential.
