Telemarketer - Talent UK : Job Details

Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of our prestigious client based in North Yorkshire. Our client are a specialist manufacturing company.

Due to expansion our client is now looking to recruit a full time permanent Telemarketer to work Monday to Friday 08:30am-17:00.

Overall role:

An office-based Telemarketing role with the responsibility to generate new product sales and customer leads and develop current customer relationships. Primarily requires engaging with customers through phone calls, email, video conference and video messages, to introduce and present the company/products, inform about new products and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calls to business both existing and prospects
• Dealing with emails both incoming and outgoing
• Introducing new products to all current customers and sending follow up emails
• Generating product leads and quote opportunities
• Identify, generate and qualify new customer leads
• Updating the CRM system
• Securing customer enquires, project and quote requests for new products.
• Opening new customer accounts nationally and ensuring they start to spend.
• Maintaining accurate record of activity and follow up schedule on CRM.
• Working to KPI's and targets
• Opening new customer accounts
• Securing Customer Enquiries
• Dealing with quotes

The candidate:

• Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word & Outlook
• Strong communicator & relationship builder
• Detailed and organised
• Able to overcome objections
• Professional telephone manner
• Previous experience within Telemarketing or Business Development
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
