Responsibilities:Provide proactive service and efficient client resolutions, including disaster recovery solutions.Deliver technical support via phone, remote access, and on-site visits.Assist in hardware and software deployment projects, occasionally traveling across regions.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of IT support experience, preferably in a diverse client environment.Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, networking, backup solutions, and relevant systems.Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, MFA, Endpoint Manager, and similar platforms.Experience with Hyper-V/VMware and familiarity with Linux system administration.Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewalls.Familiarity with ITIL operations and a valid driving license.Desired Skills:Experience with products such as Cisco, Meraki, Veeam, Aruba, Draytek, HP, etc.Be part of a dynamic growing team where your skills are valued.
