Electronic Support Engineer - Slough - Up to 40k

I am working with an electronics design and manufacturing company based in Slough, who are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team. This is a customer facing role so the successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to be able to explain technical matters clearly and concisely to clients.

Responsibilities

To support and advise customers on how to use products, their applications and configuration

Support customers in the use of the companies configuration software and applications

To help investigate Failure analysis and provide reports to customers

Requirements

BSC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or similar

5+ years experience working with electronic products

Experience with hand tools, soldering, crimping and electronic test equipment
