Recruit UK is working with a leading IFA firm based in Sutton Coldfield who are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, you'll support financial advisers, the compliance team, and outsourced paraplanners with accurate technical analysis, calculations, and process oversight.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in financial planning operations, especially if you enjoy the technical and compliance side of advice delivery. You’ll play a key part in the smooth running of the advice process, with exposure to everything from cashflow modelling to tax calculations and FCA compliance support.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in a technical support, paraplanning, or administrator role within an IFA, wealth management or financial planning firm
• Strong understanding of pensions, ISAs, bonds, CGT, and protection products
• Competence with tools such as Voyant, Intelligent Office, and Dynamic Planner
• Ideally working toward or holding a Certificate in Financial Services or CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
