Description
- Correspond and assist customers via phone, email and live chat
- Deal with general enquiries and queries regarding products in particular.
- Take customers through the order process, advising on product availability and upgrades where applicable
- Be able to advise customers accordingly, and diagnose faults.
- Support and assist the technical team with customer queries
- Work alongside the sales team passing through orders and update the internal system details
- Ensure customers are aware of the warranty process, talking them through options when they are reporting a faulty item
- Work in partnership with the engineering team to schedule repairs
Profile
This would be a great role for someone who has proven experience in a service advisor post within an engineering or manufacturing company.
- Proven customer service experience
- Previous experience working within technical or manufacturing organisation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and previous experience within a fast paced environment
- IT efficient
