Technical Manager - Candidate Source Ltd : Job Details

• Coordinating technical design delivery and ensuring all information is cost-effective and construction-ready
• Preparing and overseeing planning submissions and legal agreements to keep projects moving smoothly
• Liaising with consultants, contractors and suppliers to resolve design queries quickly and efficiently
• Tracking consultant performance and fees to ensure alignment with programme and budget
• Reviewing architectural information for sales and marketing to ensure accuracy and compliance

What you’ll need

• Strong working knowledge of current and upcoming Building Regulations, NHBC and industry standards
• Practical experience in residential or mixed-use development
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects and work independently without direct supervision
• Good understanding of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office to support day-to-day coordination
