Technical Manager - deverellsmith : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager to lead and manage key technical aspects of a high rise residential scheme in Lewisham. Reporting into a Senior Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of a block from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design reviews and approvals, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee the entire design process, from planning to completion, ensuring value engineering and buildability.
• Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Promote sustainable construction practices and innovation.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a Senior Technical Coordinator or Manager in construction.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction techniques, and health & safety legislation.
• Experience with high-rise buildings and modern construction methods.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
