Due to the retirement of a long-standing, valued member of the team, they are looking On offer is a highly autonomous role where you will be responsible for providing high level technical support from initial specification to project delivery, including health and safety, accreditation, and more. You will manage a team of both direct and indirect reports, and be part of the key decision making process within the business.This role would suit Manager or similar from an Electrical Engineer background, such as industrial electrical, UPS, switchgears, battery products or similar, who is looking for a highly autonomous role where you can mould a team and play a pivotal role in the future development of the organisation.
