Technical Estimator (HVAC)

£60,000-65,000 + 33 days holiday + Pension + Overtime + Ongoing Training + Progression

Are you a Technical Estimator ready to join a growing and well established company who provide a high quality service into major maintenance clients within iconic buildings such as the Gerkin and Cheesegrater within the City of London?

With a growing client base, Accent Services require a new Technical Estimator to create and issue remedial quotations within business SLA.

The company have been established for over 40 years with ambitious, yet achievable, plans for growth and are a company that provides tremendous opportunities for anyone with a strong work ethic and determination to constantly deliver exemplary service.

This role is suitable for either an engineer that is looking to move into a role off the tools or a candidate with proven experience in HVAC estimating.

The Role

• Responsible and accountable for a large portfolio of client quotes.
• Review/translate engineer report to create new quotes.
• Use costing sheets to build quotations accurately.
• Researching material and equipment costs.
• Assessing the levels of risk on a job.
