• Salary: Competitive (c.110,000 - £130,000 for the right person!) + Package: (yearly salary increase, travel expenses + private medical, 22 (rising to 27 days + BH) + Career Progression Opportunities

Company Overview:An established contractor with a £40m-£50m turnover, they also have multiple medium sized new build resi RC Frame schemes underway with plenty more in the pipeline, a mixture of self-builds and JVs.

Specialising in high-rise new build developments, seeks a highly capable Senior Technical candidate. This role offers the opportunity to lead, shape, and expand a technical team, working on multiple high-quality residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and technical management of multiple residential new build projects.
• Review and update designs; liaise with architects, engineers, and relevant teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Have a capable Design / Technical Manager report into yourself
• Coordinate design solutions when queries arise on live sites, ensuring effective communication with production, surveyors, and other departments.
• Manage the entire design and technical process, including design programming, project tracking, and technical appointments.
• Supervise and support architectural teams, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion of drawings.
• Play a pivotal role in establishing a high-performing technical team, enhancing project delivery standards and fostering growth
• The business:
• The company is expanding its focus on new-build residential projects and appointed a Strong Commercial team leader from a reputable tier 1 contractor & developer background, as well as an Operations Director from similar ilk
• In this role, you would complete the senior management team with a clear path for advancement.
• They are building a £40mil self build development in North Londonn next year, with more in the pipeline. (On top of this, they have a successful £50mil turnover main contracting side to the business).
