They're looking for several hands-on technologists - either strong developers or technically capable business analysts - to join the team and continue evolving the system that underpins their underwriting and policy operations. What you'll do:

• Work within a fast-paced insurance technology team to enhance and optimise the IRIS platform.
• Build upon existing functionality, introducing new modules and integrations.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and architecture teams to translate requirements into effective system changes.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and reliability as the environment continues to grow.

What we're looking for:

• Extensive experience with the IRIS insurance platform (non-negotiable).
• Background in insurance systems development or configuration - ideally within London Market or commercial lines.
• Technically strong - whether from a software engineering or tech-focused BA background.
• Comfortable operating in a delivery-driven contract environment.
