Technical Consultant - Connectwise - IMT Resourcing Solutions : Job Details

Our client is looking for a Connectwise SME to support them with reviewing their current set up and configure for optimisation. Must have a good working knowledge of Manage and Automate.  Essential Skills and Experience:  - Demonstrable experience with ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate.- Proven track record in technical consultancy within IT service management environments.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a flair for identifying and implementing process improvements.- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote setting.  Responsibilities:  - Deliver expert consultancy on ConnectWise platforms, ensuring optimal configuration and usage.- Analyse and refine IT service management processes for enhanced efficiency.- Provide strategic recommendations and solutions to meet client-specific needs.- Facilitate knowledge transfer and best practices to support client teams.  Outside of IR353 Month contract (could extend)Up to £550 per dayOutside of IR35Recruiter: Adam Titmus
