As a Technical BA, you will be be responsible for analysing current business processes, writing technical requirements and identifying opportunities to improve system use, automation, and data integrity. The ability to pick up a new platform quickly is also desirable as the firm are migrating to a new instance of Salesforce.

• Experience with API integrations and ETL Processes
• Jira user story documentation
• Define and document exception scenarios
