Technical Author - Long Term Contract - Hybrid/Crewe

We are seeking a talented Technical Author to join our innovative team.We believe that effective communication is key to our success. As a Technical Author, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our products and our users, ensuring that everyone can fully understand and utilise our cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do:

*Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our software and hardware products.*Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and insights.*Create a variety of content types, including user manuals, installation guides, FAQs, and online help.*Continuously update and improve existing documentation based on user feedback and product updates.*Ensure all content adheres to our style guide and quality standards.

Skills

* Proven experience as a Technical Author, Technical Writer, or similar role.* Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.* Ability to understand complex technical information and communicate it clearly.* Experience with CATIA or simple CAD tool to creates illustrations.* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
