We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to support our operations across three key sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of technical excellence, driving compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

??? What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Be the go-to technical expert, supporting manufacturing teams to resolve issues related to product safety, legality, and quality.
  • Maintain and manage QA and technical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with BRCGS standards.
  • Lead the charge on raw material evaluations and complaints, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.
  • Take ownership of customer complaints, ensuring swift resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with senior management to implement actions from audits and lab results, and provide clear, actionable advice.
  • Develop and manage trend reports that inform strategic decisions across QA, technical, and operational areas.
  • Support New Product Development (NPD) initiatives, contributing to both daily tasks and long-term projects.
  • Play a key role in technical development, helping shape the future of our operations.
�? What We’re Looking For:
  • Ideally, you’ll have food-related qualifications – but if not, don’t worry! Full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills – you’ll be confident in writing reports, presenting findings, and negotiating solutions.
  • A solid understanding of Food Legislation, BRCGS standards, HACCP, and microbiological/analytical techniques.
  • Experience with raw material assessments and interpreting technical data.
  • Strong computer literacy and basic analytical skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards in food safety and quality.
