Technical Administrator/Report Writer

Location: London

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Bonus (depending on experience)

Working as part of the team at an Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Technical Administrator/Report Writer to work within a highly successful Wealth Management practice based in London.

You will be joining the fast-paced team and working alongside the Advisers and Paraplanner in ensuring suitability reports are completed to an excellent standard and in a timely manner.

The Role: Technical Administrator/Report Writer

You will be working within a busy team and your role will include:

  • Preparing illustrations and suitability letters for both new advice and ongoing plans
  • Working with team to prepare cash flow management tools and use of FE systems
  • Assisting existing functions with a variety of support tasks within paraplanning team
  • Managing cases to completion and working with internal processing systems
  • You will need to ensure that the business obtained is being processed compliantly and in a timely manner
  • You will be given full training on the relevant IT systems
  • There is scope for progression within this role to become Diploma qualified (if not already) and be on the journey towards becoming a Chartered Paraplanner.

The Person: Technical Administrator/Report Writer

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suite a confident, literate, numerate, IT proficient and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style.

  • You have good all-round knowledge which you are looking to expand and develop
  • You will be working towards your Diploma qualification or intending to start your studies immediately
  • You will have some experience working within a Wealth Management Firm or IFA practice
  • You are highly organised, self-motivated and can demonstrate initiative with good attention to detail
  • You are IT proficient and have excellent English language and grammar skills. You are able to communicate effectively
  • Some report writing experience is preferred but not essential
