A chartered firm of IFA’s is now seeking to appoint a Technical Administrator/Sales Support to work with and support a Chartered Financial Planner. Technical Administrator/Sales Support will be required to carry out all aspects of preparing for client meetings including completion of reviews, product analysis and writing suitability reports. - Ensure the Financial Planners requirements are fully understood by effective questioning
- Analysing information on a clients existing financial arrangements
- Research products as agreed and in discussion with Financial Planner
- Prepare and compile Suitability Reports
- Prep cases for client meetings
- Develop a professional working relationship with the Financial Planner to ensure the highest standards of advice provision and customer service
- Ad hoc administration

The Person:
- Previous experience of working within an IFA environment, with a good knowledge of all retail investment products
- Experience of Intelligent Office (IO) back office system
- A positive, friendly and service orientated person with a 'cando’ attitude.

- Honesty, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong work ethic and responsive to the need to offer a consistent high quality service
- Willingness to work as a key member of a small team and help others where needed
