A chartered firm of IFA’s is now seeking to appoint a Technical Administrator/Sales Support to work with and support a Chartered Financial Planner. Technical Administrator/Sales Support will be required to carry out all aspects of preparing for client meetings including completion of reviews, product analysis and writing suitability reports.   • Ensure the Financial Planners requirements are fully understood by effective questioning
  • Analysing information on a clients existing financial arrangements
  • Research products as agreed and in discussion with Financial Planner
  • Prepare and compile Suitability Reports
  • Prep cases for client meetings
  • Develop a professional working relationship with the Financial Planner to ensure the highest standards of advice provision and customer service
  • Ad hoc administration

The Company:

  • A chartered IFA offering advice on all aspects of Financial Planning. Including life cover, pensions, investments, savings and IHT planning. Hybrid/Flex working. Onsite parking

The Person:

  • Previous experience of working within an IFA environment, with a good knowledge of all retail investment products
  • Experience of Intelligent Office (IO) back office system
  • A positive, friendly and service orientated person with a 'cando’ attitude.
  • Articulate communicator, written and verbal
  • Honesty, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong work ethic and responsive to the need to offer a consistent high quality service
  • Willingness to work as a key member of a small team and help others where needed

Salary : 35000 - 41000
