Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will merge technical expertise with account management skills. Act as a global liaison, providing pre- and post-sales support, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the inbound sales process for client onboarding. The Account Manager is the face of the brand to important, established (and new) customers.

What We Need

The ideal Account Manager will have;

- Proven experience in customer-facing Account Manager positions previously

- Ideally a background in Science either from commercial or academic experience.

- Exposure to the inbound sales process for client onboarding is advantageous.
