As a Tech Recruitment Consultant based in Central London, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates in various technology roles. Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for technical positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements in the technology sector.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job search process, including CV writing, interview preparation, and career advice.
- Negotiate job offers and contracts between clients and candidates, ensuring terms are favourable for both parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in a related field such as Business Studies, Business Management, International Business, International Relations etc.)
- Previous experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in the technology sector.
