Tech Lead

Guildford (Onsite)

£70k - £90K DOE + Car Allowance + Bonus

We are working with a global consultancy who design, build and support high performance Radio products for UK Defence and National Security customers. They are a trusted partner of the UK Government and have leading capabilities across engineering, physics and mathematics. They develop Radio products for extreme operational environments, from under water to outer space.

They are looking for a Tech Lead to guide a very well-funded business unit who work on hard problems that really matter.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Embedded Software (C++ & Linux) Or PCB Circuit design (High speed digital & RF)
• Ability to solve customer problems and develop new products if there are no COTS options.
• Ability to lead multiple engineers across different disciplines.
• Comfortable in a client and internal stakeholder facing role.

Eligibility:

To be considered for the role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (Sole UK National + Residence in the UK for the past 5 years)
