Team Support Manager - Neat Sourcing : Job Details

We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider for a Support Team Manager to lead three adult support services in Brecon – two of which are female-only, so this role is open to female applicants only, in line with Occupational Requirement (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9).

You'll play a key leadership role, ensuring person-centred care, compliance, staff development, and strong service outcomes. You’ll manage rotas, care hours, budgets, and support a safe and empowering culture.

• Lead and support senior support workers and frontline staff
• Oversee care planning and service delivery across three sites
• Drive quality outcomes for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs
• Manage staffing, budgets, contracts, and rota planning
• Promote health, safety, and wellbeing standards
• Support community engagement and volunteer-led initiatives

• Proven experience in a care or supported living environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• A full UK driving licence
• Passion for delivering person-led care and community inclusion
