Job Location : Clerkenwell, UK
A Property & Building consultancy requires a team secretary to join their business and become a key part of the team. The business has 10 surveyors based out of their Clerkenwell office, with a couple of additional support staff, you will join this tight-knit team, where your primarily responsibility will be working for the two owners of the business, the role will essentially be a mixture of general administration, some basic finance work, and PA duties.
This role would be best suited to a person that has worked in a firm of property or construction consultants (RICS accredited) previously.
The two founders of the company previously were equity partners in a very large real estate consultancy, and they have brought a culture that takes the best of a large consultancy whilst maintaining a small team feel.

Due to Covid restrictions the company is currently working from home 2 or 3 days a week, but is envisaged once the restrictions are behind us you will be in the office more frequently, so it is better to work on the assumption this will be an office based role for most days.
