Team PA- Asset Management£40,000 - £45,000West End, London (Hybrid Working)

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading international asset management firm, headquartered in New York and Miami, with a boutique-style office in the heart of Mayfair.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Team Assistant to support a group of six investment professionals. This is a varied and dynamic role that will involve:

• Extensive diary and global travel management
• Managing office supplies and ensuring a seamless office environment
• Greeting clients and visitors
• Working closely with two Executive Assistants, providing administrative support and covering during annual leave

What they're looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within finance or another fast-paced, professional environment
• Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
