Job Title: Team & Operations Coordinator

Location: Liverpool Street- stones throw away from Liverpool Street station!

Contract Details: Maternity FTC! May 2025- October 2026 (huge potential to stay!)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Responsibilities:As a Team coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, including:

• Overseeing office management and supplies
• Coordinating internal events and communications
• Assisting senior leadership with calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation ??
• Handling confidential information and communications
• Managing financial administration, including expense reconciliation and invoicing ??
• Supporting HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• 2-5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the technology sector
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Xero and confident IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, Excel)
• A proactive and friendly approach to teamwork
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

• Experience with HR systems
• A passion for company culture and employee engagement
