TEAM MEMBER & BARISTA, THE BREAKFAST CLUB, ST. PANCRAS STATION

Pay Rate: Rate of pay is £12.21 per hour service charges (on average £400 a month) 

We have Full Time (30hrs) roles available.

Hours of operation are 7 am - 11:30 pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

Previous barista experience is highly valued, and skills in coffee presentation or latte art would be a welcome addition.

ABOUT YOU:

• As a Team member, you will believe in the power of people & believe that today is going to be a good day.  
• You will be passionate and kind whilst always ensuring that all guests leave having had the best of times. 
• Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to sell and handle alcohol.

ABOUT THE TEAM MEMBER ROLE: 

• Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience. 
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations. 
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to brand standards, showcasing barista skills where required.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring consistency and attention to detail in every cup served.
