Are you an experienced people manager with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a regulated or clinical environment? This growing organisation is seeking a proactive and hands-on Team Manager to lead their busy Results team.
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for overseeing a team that manages critical workflow processes and delivers high-quality service to clients and candidates. Reporting to senior management, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact on operational efficiency, team performance, and customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day management of the Results team, ensuring efficient service delivery and quality standards.
Provide direction, coaching, and performance management for team members of varying experience levels.
Maintain robust systems and processes, including document workflows and medical portals.
Handle escalated complaints and non-conformities with professionalism and urgency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and commercial teams to ensure seamless service.
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members.
Drive a culture of professionalism, customer excellence, and continuous improvement.
Proven experience managing teams in a customer-focused or clinical/occupational health setting.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, appraisals, and performance management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
A team-first mindset and the ability to lead by example.
