My client, a national social housing provider, seek an experienced manager to lead by example coaching, motivating and assisting the Learning Disabilities (age 40+) team to deliver support services of exceptional quality which meet the needs of individual customers and stakeholders whilst exceeding performance targets.
The Role:
To deputise in the absence of the Project Manager to ensure continuous delivery in all aspects of the service.
Key accountabilities
Commissioned contracts:
Support the Project Manager to ensure the terms of commissioned contracts and service specifications are met.
Take day to day responsibility for appropriate support hours being delivered to customers in both accommodation and community services. And that these are recorded and evidenced in line with commissioning requirements.
Ensure team rotas are effectively managed and adequate cover is provided for all accommodation schemes
Manage and monitor an efficient, timely and fair referrals process. (Where appropriate).
Establish and maintain a wide range of effective, professional relationships with local relevant agencies and stakeholders.
