NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted Children's Residential Service in the heart of Birmingham, who are seeking a Team Leader to join their home. This is an opportunity to join a high performing and supportive team.

• Managing and support care staff to provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people,
• Ensuring adherence to care plans, regulatory guidelines, and the home's objectives

Requirements:

• DBS clearance
• Experience working with Children
• A full driving licence
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
