Our client, a top 50 Chartered Accountancy firm based in London, has a new position for a hybrid Team Co-ordinator to join their team. Working very closely with and reporting to the Administration Manager duties will include: -
- Assisting the Administration Manager in overseeing the Admin Team made up of 10
- Reviewing Juniors' work
- Invoicing
- Assisting with KYC forms and due diligence
- Monitoring the US mailbox
- Assistance with onboarding new clients and disengagements
- Monitoring US team mailbox and ensuring matters are dealt with
- General admin assistance, typing of emails/letters. Presentation and accuracy are an essential part of this function
- Answering telephones, overflow calls when required and opening post/covering Reception as part of a rota system
- Maintaining a record of Tax Returns and ensuring all Returns are filed on time
- Adhoc duties
- Sending US and UK tax returns to clients for signature
- Maintaining the tax return database, ensuring it is kept up to date
- Submitting UK tax returns to HMRC
- Assisting the tax team with significant US deadlines i.e. extensions
- Running weekly statistics reports and obtaining updates from the team
To be considered for this role candidates must have at least 3 years administration experience, experience working within Chartered Accountancy is advantageous but not essential. After training this position will be hybrid, working 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.
