Our client, a leading global investment firm, is seeking an experienced Team Assistant/PA to join one of their key divisions. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a high-performing, collaborative environment where people are valued and supported.

This role is diary and travel focused, requiring excellent organisational skills and the ability to coordinate seamlessly across multiple time zones. You will act as a central point of contact, building strong relationships internally and externally, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for a busy, dynamic team.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment, is confident managing competing priorities, and brings experience from financial services, consultancy, or another fast-moving sector.
