Team Administrator
We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator for our fabulous client in Stevenage. You will be working within the Product team, alongside the franchise product managers and Customer Service Executive teams, raising purchase orders and managing the order books and data entry into the ERP system.
You will need to be flexible, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, enjoy being extremely busy, unphased by volumes of work, able to multi-task and take on a variety of different tasks.
The main duty for the Product Team Administrator is maintaining the Open Order Book. The whole job revolves around this and if your OOB is always up to date anyone can pick it up and know what is happening with an order. This is the most time-consuming part of the role, but the heart of it too.
