Hours: Full-Time / Part-Time (depending on school needs)

Salary: Daily rate depending on experience

Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? Cheshire West and Chester schools are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Level 1 Teaching Assistants to join their teams this September.

• Support pupils in their learning under the direction of the class teacher.
• Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities.
• Provide one-to-one or small group support, particularly for pupils with additional needs.
• Promote positive behaviour and inclusion across the school.
• Contribute to the overall ethos and values of the school.

• Have experience working with children in an educational setting (voluntary or paid).
• Be patient, caring, and committed to helping children thrive.
• Hold or be willing to work towards a relevant Level 2 qualification.
• Be able to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff.
• Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.

• Enhanced DBS check required.
