Teaching AssistantsPortsmouth SEN / SEMH We are looking for positive and flexible Teaching Assistants in the Portsmouth area, to join our team of Teaching/Support Staff to carry out daily supply, short term, long term and permanent contracts in the new academic year. Successful candidates should be confident in supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, this involves working with pupils with speech & language needs as well as social, emotional communication needs. You should also be willing to work across the classroom in supporting all children.

We are seeking Teaching Assistants who:

• Are able to work as part of a team effectively
• Is able to work with children individually or in small groups to enable them to perform to the best of their ability
• Can support pupils with English and Maths (ideally you will have GCSE C grade or functional skills Level 2)
• Are local to Portsmouth or willing to travel
