About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils to help them access learning and develop socially and emotionally. Whether the child needs help with communication, sensory regulation, or following classroom routines, you will provide personalised, consistent support throughout the school day. What you will be doing: * Supporting one pupil with their learning and well-being* Adapting tasks and instructions to meet their individual needs * Encouraging communication, independence, and confidence * Monitoring progress and feeding back to the wider team * Working closely with SENCOs, teachers, and families What we are looking for: We are seeking a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant who is patient, nurturing, and committed to helping children with SEND succeed. Experience supporting pupils with autism, speech and language needs, or developmental delays is desirable.
