• Supporting pupils in the classroom to access learning.
• Working 1:1 with children with additional needs or in small group interventions.
• Helping to prepare and maintain engaging classroom resources.
• Supporting behaviour, emotional well being, and positive routines.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation.
• Providing encouragement, praise, and motivation to pupils of all ages.
• Building strong, trusting relationships with students and staff alike.

• Teaching Assistants (Level 2 or 3 ideal, but not essential).
• Experience in a school, nursery, childcare, or youth support setting.
• Positive, patient, and committed individuals with strong communication skills.
• Passionate about helping children and young people reach their full potential.
• Flexible, reliable and ready to jump into a new classroom challenge.
