Teaching Assistant Supply Primary TA - Randstad Education : Job Details

We've teamed up with wonderful schools in the WF2 area to find a super dedicated Teaching Assistants. This is a brilliant opportunity to be a key part of a child's educational journey and a supportive school community.

• Helping out teachers with their lesson plans and activities.

• Giving one-on-one or small group support to help pupils flourish.

• Assisting with classroom management to keep the atmosphere positive and inclusive.

• Getting all the learning materials and resources ready for the day.

• Supervising the children during breaks and other school activities.

• Keeping records of student progress to help inform future learning.

• Working alongside other staff members to support the school's goals.

We're searching for someone who is committed and caring! To be a great fit for this job, you should have:

• A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification, or similar experience in a school.

• A minimum of 6 months of recent experience in a UK primary school setting.

• Excellent communication skills and an easygoing nature.

• A solid grasp of the primary curriculum and child development.

• The ability to stay organized and manage your time well.

• A patient and empathetic attitude towards children.

• The desire to work as part of a collaborative team.

• A strong dedication to safeguarding and child protection.
