Teaching Assistant – SEN/SEMH School (Rotherham)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are looking for dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistants to join a supportive team in a specialist school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with a range of SEN/SEMH needs, including those with behavioural challenges.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored learning and behavioural support.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Implement behaviour management strategies effectively.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs.
- Team Teach certification (essential).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
