Job Overview:

Spencer Clarke Group is looking for dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistants for our school in Eccles. Daily pay starts at £100 and higher with experience!

We are supporting a SEMH Primary School dedicated to helping students aged 4 -11 who have struggled in mainstream education and need personalised support to get the most out of their education. This role is full time working weekdays only and with an opportunity to go into a long term role!

We need someone who is:

• Experienced in SEMH support, care, or a similar role working with young people with a range of Mental, Social and emotional needs
• Is patient, resilient, and passionate about making a positive difference.
• Can effectively manage challenging behaviours and implement de-escalation strategies.
• Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff, students, and families.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
