Whether you're supporting pupils one-on-one or leading small groups, your contribution will help create a positive and nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive.

• Supporting teachers across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 with daily classroom activities.
• Leading small group interventions to boost learning and confidence.
• Observing and tracking progress to support tailored learning plans.
• Helping to plan and deliver engaging, creative activities.
• Setting up and maintaining resources to keep the classroom inspiring and organised.
• Using a calm and caring approach to support children with challenging behaviour.
• Stepping in to lead the class when needed, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.

• A relevant qualification in Early Years, KS1 or KS2 education.
• Experience working in a UK primary school setting.
• A solid understanding of the curriculum and how to support children’s development.
• Confidence in managing a classroom and handling behaviour positively.
• A proactive, flexible team player who’s passionate about helping children succeed.
