About the Role:As a key member of the student support team, you will work closely with students at risk of exclusion, those in need of additional guidance, or those reintegrating into mainstream education. You will:- Deliver individual and small group interventions-academic and pastoral.- Support day-to-day activities within the student inclusion base.- Assist in the implementation of behaviour and reintegration plans.- Build strong, trusting relationships with students to support their personal and academic development.- Act as a positive role model aligned with the school's values and expectations.???�? What We're Looking For:- Experience working with young people in an education or support setting.- Ability to manage behaviour positively and work flexibly across varied needs.- Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, resilient approach.- Passion for inclusion and removing barriers to learning.- A proactive and professional attitude.- An enhanced DBS on the update service is required (or willingness to apply through Aspire People).�?
