Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Southwark. This is a full-time, long-term role starting immediately and running until July, offering the chance to make a real difference in the classroom.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting students across a variety of subjects

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils stay engaged

• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management

• Encouraging positive behaviour and contributing to a supportive learning environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous child-based experience (school, tutoring, youth work, etc.) - essential

• A proactive, reliable, and empathetic approach

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
