We're currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in the Middleton area. The successful candidate must be confident working with pupils who present challenging behaviours and be committed to fostering a positive and structured learning environment.

• Previous experience working in a school or with young people (preferred)

• A calm, patient, and resilient attitude

• Strong behaviour management skills

• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff

• A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)

• A welcoming and supportive school environment

• Ongoing training and professional development
