Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with autism
• Work as part of the school's new autism provision team in Lambeth
• Support access to learning across the curriculum in KS3 and KS4
• Help create an inclusive, structured, and supportive environment
• Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to deliver personalised strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience working with students with autism in a school setting
• Strong understanding of autism and strategies to support learners effectively
• HLTA qualification or Level 3 TA qualification beneficial
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• Commitment to supporting student development, independence, and confidence
