As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and engaging learning environment. You will assist with classroom activities, provide individual support to students, and contribute to the overall success of the school.

• Assisting teachers with classroom management and instruction.
• Providing individual and small-group support to students.
• Preparing and organizing classroom materials.
• Participating in school events and activities.
• Collaborating with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment.

• At least 6 months of experience working with children in a UK educational setting.
• An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
• Full right to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Experience with diverse learning styles and needs.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
