All our work is offered within term time, during standard school hours of Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.

The Role: Making a Difference as a Teaching Assistant:

As a qualified Teaching Assistant with Tradewind Supply, you will:

• Provide valuable support to teachers and students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Assist with classroom activities, working with small groups or individual pupils.

• Contribute to the development and well-being of students.

• Adapt your skills and experience to the unique needs of different school settings.

• Provide support to schools on either a general, 1:1, or small group basis.

• Work between EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, based on your experience and preference.

• Uphold and ensure the high standards of safeguarding, school behaviour, and teamwork across the school faculty.

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants who are:

• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

• Reliable, adaptable, and proactive in their approach.

• Excellent communicators and collaborative team players.
