NextGen Teachers are recruiting a passionate Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH and SEND needs in a welcoming school.
Role OverviewSupport pupils 1:1 and in small groups as a TA to boost engagement, progress, and independence.
Work with teachers, SENCO and other Teaching Assistants to deliver tailored learning.
Use positive behaviour management to create a calm, supportive environment.
Assist with planning, resources, and pupil welfare.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
Experience supporting children with SEMH / SEND.
Strong relationship management and communication skills.
Patient, empathetic, and reliable with a genuine passion for working as a TA in education.
Current enhanced DBS or the willingness to get one essential
