Are you a recent graduate eager to gain school-based experience before progressing into teacher training?

A two-form entry primary school in Ealing is looking to appoint a Classroom Assistant to support their Year 1 team from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity to build classroom expertise while making a genuine impact on pupils' learning and development.

You will work alongside the class teacher to provide learning support, deliver small-group activities, and contribute to the smooth transition of children from Early Years into Key Stage 1.

• Enjoy working with young children and helping them thrive
• Demonstrate good communication and organisational skills
• Work well in a team but also show initiative
• Have prior experience of working with children (through volunteering, tutoring, school placements, etc.)
